We had someone approach us about building a small Home. It was a few years after the Katrina hurricane in the south. After Katrina, they replaced many trailer homes with these small economical homes.
This was a fun project, it came together quickly. We added a vaulted ceiling over the open-floorplan kitchen, living room, and dining room to give it an open roomy feel. A porch on the front and a patio out the back gave it extra outdoor living space as well.
This home could easily be added onto in the back for additional bedrooms etc…
